kirra wrote: just to keep (historical) record in proper order (and clarity).. Paul Dief -you are not- the Queen Creek Coalition and thus cannot speak on their behalf. The name that your group recently extorted (via pro-bono'lawyers suing a fellow climber) allows you to refer to your group as "Queen Creek Coalition, Incorporated." --nothing more (or less) disclaimer: Queen Creek Coalition, Inc. is not related (except alias.corp.name) to the group formerly know as the "Queen Creek Coalition" The voice of the 'Queen Creek Coalition' was heard in Washington D.C. for several years. It supported & represented the entire climbing community with help from the Access Fund (ur current private t*party does nothin o'the kind) ..and it continues to stand for CURRENT AND CONTINUED CLIMBING ACCESS of the Oak Flat & Queen Creek areas. They can be found at Concerned Climbers Arizona -thank you As a nonprofit corporation, Queen Creek Coalition does not need to have, and does not have, Inc. in its name. The names and marks Queen Creek Coalition and the Queen Creek Coalition are the exclusive property of Queen Creek Coalition. No other person or entity has the right to use the name Queen Creek Coalition and doing so without the express permission of Queen Creek Coalition is unlawful. |

You cannot and will never change history |

Dief wrote: The minority of four who left the Queen Creek Coalition in 2010 Do you mean when the four were voted out and the original mission statement was then changed? (Against the advisement of the Access Fund, who suggested you work through any issues and not call anything to a vote for the sake of the community.) |
