Does anyone know why Steel Creek(next to Horseshoe) has not been developed? Looks like there has the potential to be several multi-pitch routes. |

If Steel Creek is on the Buffalo River then it's National Park land, therefore bolts are not permitted. |

It is a National Park as of right now bolting is not permitted especially at Steel Creek. People have been shut down trying to bolt. |
