Gear4Rocks Crampons??

I am wondering if anyone has used or knows of anyone who has tried a pair of their step-in crampons. 10 years on rock, I am reletively new to ice (4 seasons)and I have used my Grivel G12s. I am now ready for more agressive front points. I will most likely move up to G14s, but have to admit that I am a little curious based on the price. I never use gear I dont trust 100%. I have read the reviews on the cams so I am expecting the same comments, but you never know. Thanks for the help.

I think they are made with an erector set.

Besides the front points look like crap...
I bet I could do better with a hack saw, some heat duct, and misc nut and bolts.
For 128 bucks I would pass on that Save a bit and get BDs cyborgs or Grivel g14 or cassins C14; something that I know that I would be happy with.

Check these guys out. They have reasonable everyday prices (you can find random deals that are better) and there custy service is great.

I think this is one of my favorite posts in a long time. I have not see the GFR crampons but assume Tyler is probably spot on.

Grivel's for $60 - go get 'em
