The new comprehensive Poudre Canyon book just arrived and all pre-orders have been shipped. Every penny from this book goes straight into Craig's daughter Guilia's college fund. Northern Colorado climbers are holding it DOWN!!!

This book rocks. Ben and Cam put a huge amount of work into it, and the result is evident. This is a great guide for boulders, sport monkeys, and trad climbers alike, and most importantly ALL of the money goes to a great cause. There is going to be a slide show and informal guide book release party in January. I think the details are as follows:

Doug Shepard is going to present.
January 20th at Odells Brewery. 7-9ish. $8-10? This should include pizza and beer!

I got one today, they are $32, and worth every penny. I am very impressed. It is of the same quality as the new Boulder and Eldorado Canyon guides, in my opinion. There are only two left at the Mountain Shop, and I think they have sold seven in the past two days. They are going fast!

A huge thanks to Ben and Cam. I only met Craig a few times, but enjoyed each meeting. The climbing community is better off with people like those three.
