Coming back to MN for ten days. Hoping to do some climbing, but I don't want to bring all my gear from Alaska. I'll have my harness, shoes, belay device, locking binar, positive attitude. I lead about a 5.7 trad, 5.8 sport, 5.8 or 5.9 toprope (in a strong updraft wind). Anyone out there with a rope and gear want to climb on or around the ninth? Let me know here, or send me an email at tm2w0b@yahoo.com. I"m 46, been rock climbing off and on for 15 years ice climbing for three years - but I guess that's not an issue this time of year, eh. Thanks, Dave

Hey Dave!

I'm free to climb with you Friday, July 9th at Taylors Falls. What time would you like to meet?

I've been climbing for the past eight years, have a full rack, two ropes, and am very familar with the TF area. Right now I lead 5.8 and follow low .10's (still getting back into shape after shoulder surgery).

If your interested PM me and we can exchange info!

Oh I'm 32 years old buy my joints creek like I'm 45. :)

If you want to wait till the weekend proper I'd be able to go with you. July 10 or 11 would work out. I have a rope and all that jazz although I dont have a "full" rack but I do have nuts and a few shiny new cams that I got as a present. Either way I've been to Taylor's before and have the necessary equipment to climb there.

Sorry Matt,

I'll be climbing on Saturday up on the North Shore at Section 13.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
