Denver Climbers Beer Night changed - Tues 11/17

Any interest in getting the Denver Happy Hours going again now that after work climbing is pretty much toast?

Dougherty's on Ellsworth between Broadway and Lincoln treated us well last time. If there is some interest i'll drop by and try to get some specials, though the standard Happy Hour specials are pretty good - 2 for 1 beers and .25 wings.

I'd be interested in going out for a beer. And since I live only a few blocks from Dougherty's, I really don't have an excuse not to.

I'm new, but would love to meet some more local climbers.

( Tom was kind enough to show me around a couple of weekends ago, and others have offered, too. )

Darren, I think that was Sobo's. Dougherty's is where you were trying to get a hug from me.

I think that was at SoBo. I don't think Tony was present at Dougherty's. SoBo was the great place where the wait staff totally ignored us and were pissed when we wanted to give them money.

I might be in. Can I call someone that night to make sure Horse isn't there?

Yeah, November 6 last year (what can I say, I am the MP Beer Night Archivist). Poor Tracy had to beg for food and drink, and the waitress was thoroughly pissed when I tried to pay her.

There were a lot of hugs that night if I remember correctly.
