Just take it easy and rest so you don't screw up your rehab. Two weeks is a tiny amount of time in the big scheme of things.

Try not climbing for a year or two... Screw up now and that might be you.

I broke my ankle last spring and couldn't do ANYTHING for two and a half months, I was just too sick and in too much pain from having my bones bolted back together. Two weeks is nothing, just use a hand exerciser a lot and enjoy not HAVING to work out, it can be kind of nice actually.

Join the club. I tore my meniscus at Shelf Road on Saturday and can't straighten my left leg. Recovery is 2 weeks to 2 months after surgery. I guess pullups, and campusing for the next couple weeks.

Man am I sorry to hear that! I was in the same boat(knee locked), but I tore mine so bad I was in a cast for 6 weeks. I had surgery the middle of May, and I'm still only 85%. I started a thread "Knee Rehab", when your ready to recover. Good Luck. As for the OP, two weeks is NOTHING! I'm not sure what the injury was (knee perhaps). Maybe you could give us some additional info. Plenty of people on here know a lot about injuries, and how to get creative with their down time. Good Luck!

You boys are sissies! I've been out for 4 months now because of a friggin' stress fracture in the midanterior portion of my tibia - I have to wear an archaic looking leg brace until it heals and can't do any cardio except swimming without my legs....

That meant no climbing for most of the summer and half the fall - all because I decided to break from climbing every weekend to train for a half-ironman - apparently I am not built for running...
