The scramble was such a success. Gigi and I had so much fun. Thanks to all who showed up; I believe there were an even dozen of us who soloed the Second Flatiron this morning.

Next up is the group climb at Cob Rock. All of you reading this are welcome to come. We are meeting up at 2pm in Boulder Canyon.

And don't forget Beer Night at the Dark Horse, tonight at 8.

Anyone coming to Cob tonight for the evening get-together and that has Lowe-Balls, please bring them. I have a climb in mind that supposedly requires them and I'm coming directly from work. Didn't pick mine up this AM...

Sorry, did you say low balls or Lowe Balls? Jonny has two and three respectively. We can post pictures showing size a little later if you'd like.

That's actually Brett (i think) thanking the Flatiron gods for a safe landing. I might very well do that though upon a successful landing of "Satan's Leap"--a variation on Satan's Slab.

It's been so whirl-windy that I still can't sleep much, but as I'm riding the skyride to the airport , I'm starting to doze off, and will sleep like a baby once I'm home. Thank you MPers so very much for everything; the invites, the climbing, the beer nights, the laughter, and smiles, and making us feel so welcomed ; I'll never forget it! You Coloradans are awesome! Johnny/Gigi It was great meeting (personally, as opposed to cyber) and hanging with you. Hope we cross paths again soon in Colorado or Red Rock! How did you like North Face Center? (think that's what the pic shows). Did you do other stuff?

JC, stop being a bad boy, and get back to studying; we got to get you on those wind turbines, like really, really bad! A fellow female MPer said it best Friday night in the girls' room... let's see, I'll try to remember the words (I was a little patrony Friday night at DH, in case you didn't notice), I think she said something like, "It's so great to meet people that you interact with on-line in person, cause then you could be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever, shut up JC, and G(I just threw us in for an example) cause on-line, it sometimes gets to be like total road rage, don't you think, it's like, Brrr...RRR...errrrk ,crash!!"

PS, JC, I think we were the only ones that got dirty on Freeway; we were practically crawling up, and on each others' asses.

Shawn, next time you're in Red Rock we'll be more than happy to get out climbing with you, and hopefully Scary Larry too! Although I'm sure it would be a first ascent of some kind then. Beware..... ; )
