Since I started climbing I've Looked at things differently man made structures are no exception. Now I've climbed a few things, a local business complex with a rocked exterior, the fine arts building of a near by college and a 25 foot crack (well it was more of a gap between two structures) in the boiler room of the building i work in. I've seen a few stories on here of guys climbing up and rapping of buildings and I'm sure there are many similar stories waiting to be told.
Chase, what you speak of is called Buildering; and it has a long, mostly boring history. Almost everyone here has done it. Before climbing gyms, it was a cheap way to train.
Perhaps if at all possible a mod should just delete this thread. I apologize for wasting everyones time and being uninformed on the "buildering" concept. Now its veering off into places it shouldn't and, we'd all probably be better off if it was just deleted.

Hey we all started somewhere. Some people have no respect for other people. The only dumb question is one left unasked. Don't let the A**holes bother you.
