I'm sure there has got to be some good sushi places around Denver or Boulder. I had Sushi with Sapporo last night for dinner(after climbing in Turkey Rocks). If you make your way to Colorado let me know. I've got the sushi places dialed here in Colorado.

Mike Lane wrote:Either a Chubby's Special burrito or a Santiago's Breakfast Burrito. Both chains have several outlets in the Denver metro area, if I drive near one I am compelled to stop. The Chubby's Special will drip a half cup of that orange grease out the bottom while you eat it; a Santiago's breakfast burrito (w/ cheese) is just a calorie/carb bomb. Although I savor the burn, I really hate myself afterwards. I am a hot green chili addict. Good call Mike. I used to live right down the street from Chubby's. Open til 4am and we've closed that place down on more than one occassion. Plus the most expensive thing on their menu is $5. Seems like such a good idea and tastes so damn delicious at the time but give it a 1/2 hour, you're a walking time bomb! Santi's hot chili makes my scalp sweat and eyes water. My Irish tastebuds can't handle it but its sooo good! If anyone is ever looking for the BEST DAMN BREAKFAST BURRITO IN DENVER, you gotta check out Picante's. Pretty new place, 15th and Larimer, I think. $4 for breakfast burritos that are twice the size of a Chipotle/Qdoba. If you can finish one of these, you won't have to eat again all day! Maybe I shouldn't put the word out, they gotta be losing money on these monsters. So yeah, I wouldn't exactly call it a vice but my diet mainly consists of pizza and burritos.

Can't really say I have just one food vice. There is so much to love about food and good drink! First you have your different ethnic types and then within those you have the different types for each region. It could go on and on. How could anyone just pick one? Speaking of Beer, has anyone tried the new Trinity Brewing Company down here in the Springs? Just want to get your thoughts as we didn't have the best experience. The atmosphere was cool though and it's close to Garden of Gods.

It's only been open for a couple of weeks, so they might still be working out their problems(I hope so). I plan to try their beer & food soon, I'll let you know how it goes.

That sounds so familiar, but I can't quite figure out why...it probably is REALLY good on a (literally) empty stomach.
