A ski resort on Pikes' Peak?

A familiar name in an unusual story...

Harvey Carter has been trying for some time to pull this off. I'm glad to hear he may finally be able to sell. It will be interesting how a resort going in will effect things on the back side of the peak especially the rock climbing and BC skiing.
