CAUTION INTER-WEB SPECULATION

It was a nice day in upper LCC today. As we were enjoying "Old Hellgate" ( i.e.. Deja Vu', Medusa, Cheap Thrills) today we saw some surveyors staking out some stuff. It appears that they are planning on building homes under these cliffs ( a member of our party asked them what they were doing). The stake markers run to within 100 of the crag. It might not even be a issue for now, but a heads up and something to think about.

That would really suck!

But with all that rockfall, why would anyone in their right mind build within 100' of those cliffs?

Not to mention an extremely active avalanche zone. I guess there is no building or development code about building in a natural rockfall or avalanche zone?

You mean the ghetto 'free housing' won't be such a bonus then? They were up there up under main hellgate again this morning.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
