Access Issue: Temporary Closure Details

Park is temporarily closed due to the recent rains.

Description

A nice boulder on the hillside that has an overhanging section at the bottom.

Possibly a couple more lines up through the overhanging section but the rock quality is questionable and it will need a lot of scrubbing to see what's usable.

Lip Filler Killer (project): Starts on the right side of the boulder and traverses the lip to the left. Top out once you're at the big black xeno on the lip. A real finger/skin killer. The holds are not friendly. Maybe around V4. Also possible to traverse from the left side of the boulder along the lip all the way to the right. This is probably a bit harder and uses a lot of the same not so friendly holds.

Getting There

From the Goblin Boulder or Makaimura head East along the hillside for about 5 minutes. If coming from the parking it's easier to go left of the Triage Boulder and head up the hill. Stay left of the large boulder with a daunting overhang and then it's just another minute or two.
