Description Suggest change

A 24-meter tall wall with high quality limestone rock featuring many small and medium pockets and crimps. The star attraction is the overhang at the top of the main face with three quality routes on it.

Most of the wall faces exactly south, so it's best to climb this from May to September during which months the sun angle provides shade. Otherwise aim for cloudy or rainy days, or early morning or late afternoon. The belay area is forested, so you can always find shade down there.

BEE WARNING: There's one hive to the left of the leftmost route, near the bottom. There's another hive to the right of the rightmost route, near the top.

The wall was bolted in the first half of 2024 as a collaborative effort by Sebastian, Heliodor, Félix, Mara, Rafa, Isa, Kevin, Andrea, Mike, and Rene.

Getting There Suggest change

Walk through the gap between the food truck and the kiosk next to it. Be courteous, as there are people working in there. Turn left and a few steps later you'll be next to the seating area that's behind the kiosks.

Walk through the narrowest spot, where you'll see a big flamboyan tree next to you. The trail starts a few feet to the left of the tree with a set of steps. Take it slow and analyze your steps carefully; don't trip on vines. This steep tricky section is very short. It leads to the start of a forested section, equally short. Head to the right towards the stones and you'll pick up the trail. It goes along the top edge of the wall.

After tracing along the top edge of the wall, the trail continues onward and down the west side of the rock (climber's left) to quickly take you to the bottom.

⚠️ The initial drop in is steep and tricky! Take it one step at a time! ⚠️

⚠️ Pay attention when you're walking along the edge of the wall! ⚠️

⚠️ The section that takes you to the bottom is quite tricky too. ⚠️

Here are two maps of the trail:

Still unsure? If the leftmost kiosk is open, the gentleman working in there will be happy to point you to the start of the trail if you say hi and ask.

BEES! The trail takes you past a beehive relatively close. When you turn the corner to reach the bottom of the wall, keep moving and don't linger. So far it hasn't been a problem. You can spot the beehive right after the turn, in a hole on the wall under the tree cover.
