Description Suggest change

A small rock outcrop sitting above Lizard Head and the Goblet Wall. It’s split into two separate rocks forming a small alcove between them which has a perfect arching straight in splitter hand crack which you can’t miss. There are a few old crusty bolts here and there on some of the easier faces and an old anchor on top. Best to back up everything with gear. Fortunately, there is plenty of gear and even a few easy 5.7/5.9 cracks to warm up on before having a go at the aesthetic and perfect hand crack.

Getting There Suggest change

Getting there is no easy feat. We traversed over from the Goblet wall (North). A more direct approach is to walk up the old abandoned road about 100yards before the main parking lot. Walk the road to where it ends and bushwhack up hill heading straight to it. It’s hard to miss, but the bushes can be thick in some areas. It’s about a 200yd walk, but seems much longer due to the steepness and thick underbrush. The fires may have cleared it out and approach info updated. Haven’t been there since about 2017.
