Description

One of the most popular winter crags in Athens, Iera Odos (named for the ancient "Sacred Way") is a sunny crag located on Poikilo Oros hill in the western suburbs of Athens.

Aside from the obvious cave with testpieces from 7c-8b, there are large sections of orange and grey limestone slab where moderate routes 5-7b can be found.

Sun after noon in the winter, would not advise climbing here in summer except for very early mornings.
