Access Issue: Private Property - be aware & respectful Details

The access to this subarea can be challenging. You must figure this out in advance to avoid the private property in the lower stretch of this drainage. There are longer approaches that are entirely legal.

Description

This is a reorganizational entry to allow for subareas to be put under Pike's Peak. This is on a large, 14,110' peak with lots of terrain. It is challenging to split this peak into reasonable subareas. At some point, someone may want to reorganize with individual boulders.... If you want, you can be reassigned this subarea if you are motivated.

This subarea is definitely hard to access.
