Description
Lenawee stands as one of the imposing peaks surrounding Loveland Pass and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. It's quiet, and steep flanks make up the famous "East Wall" area of A Basin, some of the best steep skiing in Colorado.
Getting There
For the routes on Lenawee and surrounding cragging, one would utilize the USFS Lenawee Trailhead.
Take US Highway 6 east or west (depending on direction of approach) towards Keystone. From Keystone proper, turn onto the Montezuma Road towards the small town of Montezuma. Before reaching Montezuma, turn off onto Peru Creek Road (FS 260). From there, the trailhead will appear on the side of the road when you drive far enough.
