Description Suggest change

The Fall Mountain Cirque is a rarely traveled alpine cirque. The steep, rocky faces of Fall Mountain provide the most opportunity for development; however, there is plenty of snow to be had even into the middle of summer.

Getting There Suggest change

Take the Emmaline Lake Trail as you would to approach the Emmaline Cirque, but cut south shortly after crossing Fall Creek. From here, bushwhack about 1.6 miles into the Cirque following the path of least resistance. This is a long approach, so camping just off the Emmaline Lake Trail is not a bad idea. Alternately, one could go up the Mummy Pass Trail and drop into the cirque from above, but care must be taken as the snowfields are steep.
