Description

The legendary John Sherman Wall aka Soest Road Bouldering.This is the home to the Ironman Traverse!! "The only 3 star problem in Missouri". Once a myth for some. Sandstone Stone Crusade by John Sherman (page 197) mentions this wall without much context. No listed problems can be found but this wall has been accounted for in historic Missouri Guidebooks yet has been left out of recent publications.

Huge shoutout to Ty Lewis for being the first to request access. These are the first steps to permanent access so don't ruin it.

Getting There

Just off rd 3000 and Little Dry Fork Creek. Traverse across the top and drop a rope. There is no easy way to get to the rock otherwise. The creek is normally too high to cross or jump.
