Taller slab, dirty topout, all easy and technical. Be aware of broken glass and whatever other decorations you may find. Some landings have sharp branches, debris, etc., so bring pads and scope your landings before you commit.

Entering from the South of Morningside park, walk along the left side of the baseball fields and it is in the trees on the left just before the pond.
