Description

Cattleguard Boulders consists of numerous boulder problems of varying heights and styles. The main feature is arguably the tall smooth face on the west side of the area, just north of a gap between two boulders. Most problems are in the V0-V4 range.

Getting There

Option 1: The cattleguard pullout has been blocked by a new guardrail, so need to park at Campground Boulder, or the pullout across the road from it, and hike the road to the trail near Y2K ( mountainproject.com/approac…).

Option 2: Follow "Approach Trail - Campground to Cattleguard" ( mountainproject.com/approac…) if planning to hit other areas along the way
