Description
This area is a small collection of boulders near the Pendleton Point overlook. There are several classic lines, two of which are particularly spectacular. The boulders are to the side of a small cliff (40’) that could host several short but scenic routes.
Getting There
From Davis, head down Blackwater Falls Road to the intersection where you can either go left and cross the river to the falls, or continue straight towards Pendleton Point. Continue towards Pendleton Point, passing some cabins on the right. Across the street from the last set of cabins (across from 2056 Blackwater Falls Road), park in a gravel pulloff. Walk into the woods and trend skiers right to a small cluster of boulders, where you will find the classic “In a Big House Alone” V5. Trend skiers left to find a large stand alone boulder with an incredible V6 compression line, a unique V5 highball, and others.
