The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
A huge boulder split by a wide crack that runs east-west with a solitary bolted route on the southwest side.
Getting There
Approach as for Dissatisfaction Rock and when near veer off to the west into a rocky valley.
