Access Issue: Private Property Details

The Buckskin Crags is located on private property within the Royal Gorge Ranch and Resort.

PUBLIC ACCESS:
You can publicly access The Buckskin Crag’s Sweet Spot by starting out on the Made in the Shade trail (parking off of CR3A), traveling on One Track Mind, and finding your way to the Sweet Spot area (about 2.5 miles each way).

Description

Railway Wall is located on private property within the Royal Gorge Ranch and Resort. Public access is through the trail systems. The Railway Wall is the smaller wall next to the Cinema Wall. This wall connects the Cinema Wall through a Via Ferrata. This area is pretty secluded.

Access from within the Royal Gorge Ranch and Resort will be exclusive to residents and events.

*Public Access*

You can publicly access the Railway Wall at The Buckskin Crag’s Sweet Spot by starting out on the Made in the Shade trail (parking off of CR3A). Take the Made in the Shade trail to the One Track Mind trail, and find your way to the Sweet Spot area (about 2.5 miles each way). The Railway Wall is the smaller cliff just east of the Cinema Wall.
