The SeKi Rock Climbing website nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/… has current closures as well as other climbing information for visitors.
Moro Rock (SEKI) and Chimney Rocks usually have nesting closures every year from April 1 to August 15.
As of April 2016, all routes are open to climbing.

Getting There
For climbs on the right side (Ocean King) park at the pullout for Roaring River Falls, just after crossing the bridge.
For climbs more to the left, use the pullout just a bit further east.
Maybe one day there will be approach trails in Kings, for now use your best judgement to avoid bushwhacking as you ascend cross-country to the base.
