Description
A large lone boulder in the pass between Ghost Mountain to the south and Blair mountain to the north.
This boulder often has campers at the base, so take advantage if you pass it and no one is there. We had to wait until super bowl Sunday to climb here the first time hence the dumb name
Make sure to at least do the hike to the homesite on ghost mountain, which is right at the before mentioned T in the road....It has some amazing views and history.
Getting There
Approximately 2 1/4 miles past the "corner" in BV Campground, following the signs to the Marshal South Homesite, reaching the end of the Blair Valley mountain, you should see a pass in the mountains to your left, stay right at the split. Once you reach a T in the road go left and the boulder is easy to see from here....It's the big lone boulder.
