Access Issue: 2024 Seasonal Raptor Closure Details

A limited number of crags on the west side of Lake Koocanusa are closed through August 31, 2024 to protect Peregrine Falcon habitat. These include:

- Pit Stop
- the Ruins
- Hidden Buttresss
- Great White
- Dawn Walls
- Don Juan
- Sunburst
- Naked Cliff
- Dihedral Wall
- Science Lab

Description

Drive 0.6miles from the turn off to Boulder Creek Road to the parking area on the left side of the road before the drainage. There is large carin On the right side. Follow the climbers trail.

Walk up the hill up and slight left to another rock stack meandering up and left.
