Description
This is one of the more developed gullies in the range. The right side of the gully is lined with smooth, gray walls containing longer routes at a slightly under vertical angle. These walls are the Peoples' Wall, Sheeples' Wall, and Black Wall in order of front to back. On the left side, the Dreamland cave is the first cliff tucked into an alcove that can't be seen for most of the approach. The Grasshouse lies beyond with some slightly overhanging routes.
Getting There
See the La Madre North "Getting There" section for accessing the dirt road above the main wash. Park above the main wash directly across from the dreamland gully. This spot can be difficult to identify, so use the map location and the photos to help.
Aim for a faint trail going up the south side of the wash (see photos). Follow this trail up the hillside. The trail ends immediately after you ascend. Continue briefly across desert terrain, aiming for a rocky, dry creek bed that heads up into the dreamland gully. If you know where you are going, the first cliff could probably be reached after 15-20 minutes of hiking.
