Access Issue: Parts of High Cliff are included in the DNR's State Natural Area program so please respect that and do not climb with ropes in areas that are signed as State Natural Areas. BOULDERING IS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE. Details

Description

At the south end of the Park, and without an official trail running along the upper edge of the cliff, this area is a bit quieter than the cliffs below the Family Campground.

Getting There

Follow the Red Bird trail down to the Overlook trail, then walk out to the overlook. Drop into the old quarry just south of the overlook, then leave the quarry headed back north, following the cliff line.
