Description
There is a large collection of mostly moderate routes spread across a few crags on the north side of Mount Potosi. With both south and north facing crags above 5000 feet elevation, there are climbable routes here on all but the hottest days of the year.
Getting There
Most of the crags on the north side of Mount Potosi are accessed by parking in the area just off of Highway 160. From Las Vegas, drive up Highway 160 and turn south onto the only dirt road toward the top of Mountain Springs pass, FS 582/Boyscout BSA Camp. Park in any of the gravel areas not far off the highway.
