Description

This is a really nice small area that’s packed with tons of climbing on BLM land. There's dozens of boulders with a few broken cliffs up to about 25-30’ and a couple unofficial spots to camp.

Getting There

Pull into Chloride and drive to the far end of town on the main drive, Prospect Ave. Just before the street turns to dirt take a left on 6th St for two blocks, when it ends turn left on Emerson Ave. In a few hundred feet turn right on 4th St, take the left fork whenever there’s a choice, and park near the rocks at the base of the fluted tailings pile.
