Description Suggest change

This fully shaded section of Monolith possesses some atypical multi-pitch sport climbing potential for the region, however there are only a few single pitch top-rope routes as of current. Unlike the rest of the Calico Mountains, the base of the Gully possesses some relatively stable rock. Helmets are a must as this place stills needs to be more thoroughly cleaned.

Getting There Suggest change

After reaching the base of Monolith, a short hike up and to the west will put you in a fully shaded ravine or "Gully". Access to the primary anchor bolts for top rope involves a 5.easy scramble, however reaching the anchor for setting the top rope requires the setter to utilize a backup bolt to safely reach the primary set of bolts.
