Description Suggest change

The Attic is a rarely visited area that is currently home to one established splitter offwidth, the line of "Lil Sumpin". Some other potentially interesting cracks exist in area, but to my knowledge have not been explored/climbed yet. If they turned out to be any good this would likely make the hike more worthwhile. This area is not on Windy Peak proper, but across canyon and is only organized here because of its access.

Getting There Suggest change

Across canyon from the South Face of Windy Peak... Park and start hike as for Windy Peak.

Take the regular South Face approach for about 20min then follow vague cairns into the wash on your left. At this point start looking for the prominent white corner 2/3rds up the hillside to the left(South). Binoculars helpful to confirm. Cross the wash and start up the hillside through an impressive field of cholla. Aim up the hillside via the path of least resistance towards the corner, some scrambling and looseness to be expected. There isn't really a trail as no one really goes up to this area, but maybe you will after reading this.
