Description

Lower Tier is secluded with nice views west or west-southwest-facing. This is the bottom of the Cougar Crag.

Getting There

Approach as for the Main Amphitheater, but go right across the talus field to the base of the climbs. You may be tempted to access the base of the sport climbs from the ledge on the left side of the mini-cliff, but it's not a great idea. Instead, walk around to the right of the mini-cliff.
