Description Suggest change

Tall problems and TRs are found directly beneath the main viewpoint railing and all along the west edge of the point. Landings vary in quality and potential fall disaster! Rim can be overrun with tourists, especially at sunset. Mornings are better anyway as the west faces can get pretty hot in the afternoon. Try not to draw attention to yourself and avoid terrifying the tourists if possible.

Getting There Suggest change

Bus, bike or hike out to Hopi Point along the West Rim Hermits Road. Look for a few easy downclimb drop-in points along the west edge back from the main viewpoint. It's also possible to drop in at a spot on the east side of the point.
