Description
The Lonesome Beaver Road runs between Hanksville and Bull Creek Pass deep in the Henry Mountains. A few sections of boulders exist scattered near the road. Most are small but plenty of 8-14 ft boulders are scattered among them.
Few signs of humans exist but many cows roam the area. If anyone has climbed these before me please correct me with names and FAs, but I saw no sign of people and broke holds on almost every climb, so I'm assuming there's been little activity out here.
Getting There
Take 100 E South out of Hanksville, starting at the post office. This dirt road turns into Lonesome Beaver rd, or depending on your map it may also be called Sawmill Basin or Fairview Ranch rd (They're all the same road...). Go 9.5 mi from 100 N for the first set of boulders. The Beaver Mound will be a bit further up the road, a large hill on the right ~100 yds from the road covered in dark boulders.
