Description

Adjacent to popular skiing area Mayflower Gulch, Wheeler Mountain offers excellent alpine condition for those willing to venture off the beaten trail.

Getting There

Heading West on I-70 from Denver. Take the exit 195 to Copper. Continue towards Leadville on CO91. Park on the left near a reservoir just past the trailhead for Mayflower Gulch.
