Description Suggest change

Buzz Buckets is the main star of the Big Cove North area (for now). The routes on this rock range from 5.7+ to 5.10d according to the book. This rock is identified by the word "BUZZ" at the base painted on with black spray paint. You will also find the word "BUZZ" painted in white spray paint 20 feet away from where you'll find the Top Rope anchors. The multitude of rough pockets make for many different ways to do each route. There are a total of 5 brand new top rope anchor bolts; they are spaced in such a way that allows you to set up 3 different top ropes on the three sides of this rock. (2 anchor bolts for the chimney side, 2 anchor bolts for the main face, and a fifth anchor bolt spaced so that you can use one of the main face anchor bolts to supplement it for top roping the gully side of the rock). FA's are unknown, and whoever cleverly replaced the old top rope bolts with new top rope bolts in a new formation that allows you to top rope 3 sides of the rock instead of 2 is also unknown. Would love to buy them a beer though.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow directions for Big Cove North. When you get to the backside of the cove, follow a rough trail that leads East and downhill around the rocky area. When you get to an area with loose dirt and high walls, look for the word "BUZZ" at the base in black spray paint.
