Description

Perhaps the tallest section of Black Rock and home to several moderate routes.

Getting There

Approach from the south end of the Black Rocks as for the Lower Overlook area, continue past the Lower Overlook area for ~50 yards along the cliff base. Alternatively, approach from above via a short descent gully immediately north of the overlook to the ledge at the base of The Four Winds Bar.
