Description
Econo Ledge is the obvious, orange colored buttress in the middle of the cliff. Much like the hotel with a similar name, this is budget accommodation at best. A small 2'-3' catwalk about 15 ft off the ground splits the buttress and creates a walkway and belay platform for the wall. Belay bolts are in place for the climbs. It's not the cleanest or most comfortable experience, but honestly what did you expect from an Econo Ledge? At the moment there are four climbs on the face.
The catwalk is in the process of being excavated to reveal a more comfortable (and durable) belay platform. Untill then, please exercise caution accessing this area, as a fall into the talus field below would be consequential.
