Description Suggest change

Two different perfect bouldering walls can be found at the top of the standard hiking trail to Castle Rock. They are made of the same decomposed granite as the rest of Castle Rock. Problems here range from V1 - V5. The first wall on the trail is about 20 feet tall, and the second wall is more like 25 feet. Features involve:jugs, crimps, hidden crack ledges, huecos and knobs of rock.

Getting There Suggest change

When the trail first splits after the "Castle Gates", follow the trail that leads to the right. After a short distance you will see to the left a well beaten trail with a rock staircase leading you up to a rock face with a nice shady area to relax. Further down the previous trail and you'll see the next rock face 30 feet away.
