Description Suggest change

There is parking at the base of the trail to Gooch Gap as well as the trail to the Preacher's Rock. This section of the AT seems to have obvious, hard boulder problems as well as potential routes to bolt.

Getting There Suggest change

The hike to Preacher's Rock is easy and obvious along the AT. The hike starts on the parking lot side and the bathrooms of Woody Gap on HWY 60. Keep right and follow the wooden signs. The boulders are near the top, after the trail begins to steepen.
