Description
Old Skool PR crag. This is the original crag on the island and lies in the middle of an urban area, close to everything. Challenging routes for the listed grades on solid limestone. Definitely worth a visit to round out the climbing experience on the island.
The routes have round brass metal tags at the bottom with the route numbers engraved on them. In general, higher numbers are further away from the entrance. The routes are listed here sorted by tag number instead of left to right.
GUIDEBOOKS & DONATIONS: Please consider purchasing the guidebook from Aventuras Tierra Adentro. The money goes to route maintenance. It is available as a downloadable PDF file from the website or as a paper booklet if you visit the store in person: https://goo.gl/maps/5BNETox8AmEmZyFt5 The owner of Aventuras Tierra Adentro is a cornerstone of the PR climbing community, and has developed and maintains many of the routes on the island.
If you would like to donate directly, you can send your donation by paypal to aventurastierradentro@gmail.com
You can also donate to the local climbers association, AEPRI, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on keeping the climbing areas in Puerto Rico safe and accessible.
Food:
Grab a coffee and breakfast at Panadería Castilla on the way, or a cold beer after a hard day. It is just a few minutes away on the main drag and definitely worth the stop: 18.4053491, -66.1674836 goo.gl/maps/JvWHsqtSE4aMs85E7
Getting There
Located very close to Plaza del Sol. The entrance to the crag is on the dead end of Street/Calle 54. Make sure when you park your car that you don't block any roads or driveways. There's plenty of street parking available. Coordinates:

The fence has been replaced in 2023 and the gate is now towards the far right, on the short dead end segment of Street/Calle 54.
Follow the winding steep trail up for approximately 3 to 5 minutes and you'll run into the first small wall on the left.
