Description
A hard basalt volcanic plug, with easy access and walk-off. Trad or Top Rope routes to 30metres
Getting There
Highway 24, east of 100 Mile House, to Lone Butte town. Butte is immediately east of town. Public parking lot at the base. 5 minute walk, and scramble to top of butte. Several towers useful for anchors for top rope or rappelling. Long slings required.
Good for beginners. 5.0 to 5.9+. Fun walk/hike for families to top of butte.
