Description

Genesee Tower is the obvious tower at the start of the Fire Tower Trail looking west. It is located just south of Campground Rock. Appearing taller from the trail, the backside offers a short route to the top where the views are surprisingly good. The rock on Genesee is more granular and thus has a tendency to be more chossy. Approach this tower with an adventurous climbing mindset despite its close proximity to the parking lot.
