Description
Large area of interesting featured quartzite rock -- only small portions developed so far.
Many of the cliffs face roughly SouthEast, so goes into shade in late afternoon in summer, gets warmed early on cool days.
Approaches include some rugged talus scrambling. So many crags ... confusing at first unless follow GPS tracks (but the GPS numbers on most websites are wrong).
info: As of 2018 ... the print guidebook Briancon Climbs (2015 edition) by Rolland (Yann, Jonathan, Martine, and Jean-Jacques) is the only source we know for details about routes here.
Sectors of this area include:
1. Odyssée : (higher left)
2. Aiguilles : (even higher left)
3a. Ressauts inférieurs : (N44.8411 E6.5736)
3b. Ressauts supérieurs : (N44.8413 E6.5734)
3c. Ressauts de droite : (N44.8416 E6.5736)
4. Clos des Merisiers : (N44.8417 E6.5739)
5. Clos des Noisetiers : (N44.8419 E6.5735)
