Description Suggest change

This is a newer addition to Takun with most of the development happening during early 2018. The routes here are long and many require a 70m rope so be aware and if you are unsure of the length of your cord, tie a knot in the end so you don't drop your climber during the lower. One route was originally climbed with a 100m rope. This area has shade for almost all of the day as it sits nicely below the jungle canopy. Gibbons are popular here and one can often hear them singing and calling especially early in the mornings. Like all areas, pack out your garbage and don't litter. Clean up after others if they can't do it for themselves because, yes, their mothers do climb here.

Getting There Suggest change

From where the main trail intersects the wall near Pussey Key, continue up right towards the Big Hole and then another 5 minutes past the Big Hole to where the trail drops down into a cool spot below the jungle canopy. About 20 minutes from the trail head.
