This area contains a high density of climbs with a spacious belay terrace, Don't miss the area classics Learning Curve, 5.7, Gritstone Arete, 5.11, and Simple Physics, 10+ if you climb the grade! There are lots of great arete climbs on this sector and the hardest route in Montrose, "Benny Fairchild Illusion". Happy climbing.
