Description

The conditions are always better than in any other place in Israel
It's cooler inside the cave, and you can climb there even in summer time.
Probably the Steepest and nicest sports climbing crag in Israel for hard grades.
A few 6's A few 7's and plenty of harder stuff.
Because of the shape of the cave you can always find some routes fully shaded. In the cave there is no cellular service.
If you would like to camp there, there are plenty of nice spots like Hosane viewpoint.
The cave is very very dusty! Therefore a rope bag is a must!
12 Quickdraws and a 60 m' rope is all you need to get along.
Please keep the place clean, And if you need to use the toilets Make sure you do it far from the cave and leave no trace.

Getting There

From the south on road number 90, you turne left towards Ramot Naftali and Yftach. Once the road is not uphill anymore take the second right turn following the signs towards Yftach.
Keep driving north for about 10 minutes passing Yftach And look for a dirt road to your left with a sign to Hosane viewpoint.
Turn left and than keep to the right for about 50 m' until the road curves 90 degrees to the left.
You can park to the side of the road and follow the trail for about 5 to 10 minutes.
It is hard to see the cave until you stand right near it.
